Just sold: Reunion Square

Building information: Reunion Development Group completed the Reunion Square Building in June 2007, a two-story office and retail building located at the northwest corner of Bates Drive and US 183 in southern Leander.

The environmentally friendly building includes two rainwater storage tanks used to harvest rainwater to be reused for irrigation. The most recent tenant, Connection Church, will continue to share the space.

New company: M&M Engineering Associates Inc. is relocating more than 15 employees from 4616 W. Howard Lane in northwest Austin and is hoping to be open in its new Leander location by June.
