Local eatery Morelia Mexican Grill will be the second tenant in Stone Hill Town Center's "restaurant row" after selecting Pflugerville for its fourth location.

The restaurant will be similar to the Parmer Lane location, Operations Manger Yamil Hernandez said, adding that there will be events on Friday and Saturday nights from 10 p.m.–2 a.m., including live music.

Hernandez said the restaurant plans to be open in May.

Restaurant row is a section of Stone Hill Town Center in front of Cinemark Theater designed to be pedestrian-friendly area with widened sidewalks, patios and landscaping. Shogun Japanese Restaurant was the first establishment to sign on to the project.

Morelia Mexican Grill has locations in Round Rock and Elgin in addition to the Parmer Lane restaurant. The grill serves a variety of Mexican dishes and sea food.

Josh Friedlander, a project leasing broker for Stone Hill developer NewQuest Properties, said the company has a couple of national chain restaurants as well as several local establishments to fill in the remaining space on restaurant row.
