Photo by Marie LeonardBusiness is continuing to grow for Khaled Alzibdeh and Malek Titi, the owners of Tarboosh Cafe, which offers Mediterranean food, such as hummus, kabobs and falafel sandwiches as well as more than 100 flavors of hookah.
"We are hoping to open a new location and expand in the Cy-Fair area," Alzibdeh said. "We're looking at the Spring Cypress and Hwy. 290 area."
To start off the new year, Alzibdeh redesigned and updated Tarboosh's menu by adding new dishes. One of the popular menu items has been a dish called the Mix Grill.
"It has all the grilled items, rice and hummus, and it's popular with all the new people who come in and say they've never had Mediterranean food before," Alzibdeh said.
