Rich Hunter and Tre Thomas have served up made-to-order seafood from their drive-thru restaurant, the Catfish Station, since August, and have no intention of slowing down in 2012.

Hunter said his restaurant has become known for its gumbo, po-boys, catfish and tartar sauce, the latter of which he and Thomas began serving up from a food truck.

"We're in the process of getting that tartar sauce in grocery stores," Hunter said. "That's pretty exciting."

In the next year or two, the business partners may look to franchise the Catfish Station, according to Hunter.

"We realize we have a lot of growing to do," he said. "Our focus [in 2012] will be working on branding and letting everyone know about us and who we are."
