Red's Fresh Food, which opened in April at 1700 N. RR 620, started serving breakfast in addition to lunch and dinner in November. Red's recently also started serving a line of dinners such as a rib-eye steak, mahimahi and porkchop dinner.

John Dokos, who owns the restaurant along with his wife, Red, said customers have responded well to the restaurant that attempts to redefine the fast-food experience with quality, fresh and delicious all-American and Mediterranean food made to order. Many of the menu items are cooked on a wood-burning stove, and they also offer soda, European coffee, and a wide selection of beer and wine. Customers can eat in the restaurant, get pick-up orders or use Red's drive-thru.
