According to NBU, the Texting Outage Notification System allows NBU customers to report outages and receive text notifications regarding current outages in the service ares. To enroll, customers who have their mobile number associated with their NBU account can text NBU at 85700 or visit www.nbutexas.com/report-an-outage.
