Portions of Rivercrest Drive will be closed between March 2-18 as part of New Braunfels Utilities’ ongoing Surface Water Treatment Plant Capital Improvement Project. Crews will install a bore under Loop 337 as part of the project.
The $11.53 million project will provide transmission capacity support to the Landa Park Pump Station and alleviate high-pressure issues in the area, according to NBU.
According to a press release from NBU, closures along Rivercrest Drive will take place on either side of Loop 337, and one-way traffic control will be in place with detours marked around the construction route.
For more information, residents can visit the NBU traffic impacts website to view ongoing projects and road closures.
