Median home prices and the number of sales differed across both New Braunfels ZIP codes in August, according to data from the Austin Board of Realtors.

The median home price in 78130 increased by 6% year over year, and in 78132, the median price dropped by nearly 31.5%.Despite the increase in prices, there were 42% more homes sold in 78130 in August compared to last year. Sales in 78132, however, dropped by nearly 6%.The average number of days homes spent on the market remained consistent in both 78130 and 78132. Homes in both ZIP codes spent nearly twice as long on the market this year compared to last year.
