The community is the third of 13 planned Tricon neighborhoods in Texas, according to the release. The remaining communities will be built in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio and Austin.
“These new neighborhoods offer the space and privacy of a single-family home with the flexibility and financial structure of a rental property, plus the benefits of a professionally managed community,” said Andrew Carmody, managing director and head of sustainability for Tricon, in the release.
Located near The Barndominium along Hwy. 46, the community will include 180 single-family houses with three and four-bedroom options.
Homes will also include energy-efficient appliances, attached two-car garages, keyless front door entry, smart home technology and access to various amenities, according to the release.
Development is slated to continue through 2022 with a grand opening planned for summer 2023.
