District 3 quarterly citizen forum set for Dec. 11 in New Braunfels

Harry Bowers, New Braunfels City Council District 3 council member, will provide attendees with updates and hold a question-and-answer session at a quarterly citizen forum Dec. 11.

“Neighborhood watch programs foster civic involvement,” Bowers said in a press release. "They form a partnership between law enforcement and citizens to help keep our neighborhoods safe.”


Lucas Crawford, New Braunfels Police Department’s community relations officer, will give a presentation at the quarterly forum detailing how to create a neighborhood crime watch program.

In addition, Crawford will provide general crime-prevention insights to those in attendance.

The forum will be held Dec. 11 at 6 p.m. in the meeting room at Das Rec, 345 Landa St., New Braunfels.
