The final return of unofficial early voting and election day totals on Nov. 3 from Comal County show Kevin Webb winning the race for Comal County Commissioner’s Court Precinct 1 with 62.64% of the vote, accounting for a total of 8,850 votes.

Webb's opponent, Colette Nies received 37.36% of the votes.

More than 87,900 county residents voted in-person or by mail during the Oct. 13-30 early voting period and on election day, which accounts for 76.04% of 115,890 registered voters in the county.

Results are updated as of 10:30 p.m. and are unofficial until they are canvassed and certified by the county clerk. Under Texas election law, the clerk accepts and counts mail-in ballots postmarked by Election Day and received by Nov. 4, if they were sent from inside the U.S., or Nov. 9 if they were sent from outside the U.S.
