New Braunfels ISD has announced closures to all campuses and after-school activities due to forecasted winter weather conditions Feb. 1. Campuses were also closed Jan. 31 due to local weather conditions.
The National Weather Service has extended the winter storm warning to end on 6 a.m. Feb. 2. District administration said the decision was made to close campuses based on projections and input from local emergency management officials and local meteorologists.
Parents and staff will be notified of any weather updates through ParentSquare, a posted notice on www.nbisd.org and the district’s social media accounts.
