The fast-growing district is hiring for all positions, emphasizing special programs and special education positions. The district continues to fill noncertified positions for after-school child care, child nutrition, custodians, paraprofessionals and bus drivers.
The district covers 589 square miles and includes Comal County as well as portions of Bexar, Guadalupe, Hays and Kendall counties and has a high demand for these full-time positions, according to CISD.
CISD serves 10 communities with 32 campuses in addition to the two new elementary campuses and a new middle school under construction.
