In a statement released Aug. 1, officials from the Federal Bureau of Investigations in San Antonio announced that individuals who were tested for COVID-19 at Living Health Holistic Healthcare in New Braunfels may need to be tested again.

According to the statement, authorities believe the tests administered at the facility should not have been used to diagnose or rule out an active infection.

Individuals who were tested at the facility are asked to contact the FBI at 210-225-6741 and select prompt No. 1 or to reach out online at www.tips.fbi.gov.

Patients who were tested for COVID-19 at LHHH
are also encouraged to contact a primary care physician, local health department, freestanding ER or urgent care facility to be tested anew.
