Canyon Lake Water Service Company (CLWSC) announced in a press release that it has closed its drive-thru payment window. Payments may still be left in the drop box, which will be checked periodically.

Customers are encouraged to pay online and the convenience fee will be credited back to their account during the closure. Mail-in payments and online banking methods remain unchanged.

During this time, CLWSC will not be turning water off due to non-payment.

Most CLWSC employees are working remotely. Front-line employees will continue field work to ensure continuous delivery of safe drinking water, according to the press release.
