Matthew Hoyt, who represents New Braunfels City Council District 4, will host a citizen forum April 6 to give updates on city projects in the district.

The forum will run from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Oak Creek Elementary School, located at 3060 Goodwin Lane, New Braunfels. It will be the first in-person forum for the district in over a year.

Following Hoyt's comments, Public Works Director Greg Malatek will give updates on the construction of Fire Station No. 3, street and sidewalk work around Lamar Elementary School, and the Goodwin Lane and Conrads Lane project.

Malatek will also provide updates on unfunded city projects currently under consideration as well as an update on Texas Department of Transportation projects.

Residents can learn more about the forum on the city’s website.
