Cope ended the night with 9,679 votes, or 65.46 percent. She was opposed by Rebecca, "Becca" Taylor, who took 5,108 votes, or 34.54 percent. Original Post 9:13 p.m. As of 8:56 p.m. Nov. 6 with 18 of 34 precincts reporting, incumbent Republican Judy Cope is leading the race to maintain her spot as the Guadalupe County Precinct 4 commissioner. She has received 7,843—or 66.58 percent—of votes so far. Her opponent, Democrat Rebecca "Becca" Tucker, has received 3,937 votes totaling 33.42 percent. All election results are unofficial until canvassed.
