Security Service Federal Credit Union opened a new location at the New Braunfels Town Center at Creekside. The business is a full service financial institution, and offers mortgage products, investment services, insurance services, title insurance and settlement services, retail deposit, and loan products. The location features a drive-thru, ATM, coin counter, notary and safe boxes.

Initially established as the United States Air Force Security Service Federal Credit Union in 1956, the credit union opened its first location at the Kelly Air Force Base in San Antonio. The business now has locations throughout the San Antonio region.
