“We've been trying to get out here for some years into an actual downtown area—which took a little finessing—but it happened, thankfully,” said Nathan Alderete, owner of Comal River Tattoo.
Finishing touches are going into the storefront in preparation for a Feb. 3 grand opening, which will feature guest tattoo artists, live painting, art for sale and more.
In the meantime, the shop is open by appointment only with tattoo artist Valentina Marquez who can be reached on Instagram. 830-632-5030.
