Home sale prices in Leander and Liberty Hill showed only a slight decline in January 2025 when compared to the previous year. The median home sale price for January 2024 was $479,870, and fell to only $470,000 for 2025. The region also saw marked growth in new and active home listings year over year, with 359 new listings in 2025 compared to 269 last year.

Homes in the 78613 ZIP code, near the border of Leander and Cedar Park, showed the largest increase in number of homes sold, rising 78.57% year over year. Meanwhile, Leander's 78641 area saw a decline in home sales, dropping 11.76%.

78613 also showed the largest increase in median home sale prices, jumping 25.7% year over year. 78742 saw a 4.12% decrease while 78741 posted a decline of 19.09%.

All regions in the Leander/Liberty Hill area showed an increase in number of days on the market, with 78713 showing the largest spike, rising 17.74%.

Homes in the $300,000-$499,999 range continued to be the most popular for the region.
