Rosenbusch Ranch is a not-yet-built-out community located in west Leander. Built by D.R. Horton, the community offers a variety of floor plans along with an amenity center with a pool and playscape, walking trails, and easy access to area parks and shops.

The neighborhood had 10 homes on the market as of mid-November, with the average home spanning 3,019 square feet. Homes on the market range in price from the low $400,000s to the $600,000s.

Located off Lakeline Boulevard, the community is just under 30 miles from downtown Austin and is within close proximity to parks and shopping centers, such as the H-E-B anchored shopping center at Hero Way West and US 183, and the Gateway Shopping Center at Leander at Crystal Falls Parkway and US 183.

The community is also close to other area amenities, such as the Crystal Falls Golf Club, Devine Lake Park and Robin Bledsoe Park.

Rosenbusch Ranch is served by Leander ISD, with Camacho Elementary, Leander Middle School and Glenn High School in the area.
