Leander City Council approved a zoning change on Dec. 19, rezoning property to the west of the intersection at 183A Toll and FM 2243 to General Commercial.

The change allows the roughly four acres of property to be developed for small to large scale commercial, retail and commercial service use, according to agenda documents.
