Through this plan, the city’s consultant team recommended that Liberty Hill officials:
- Improve the city's street network.
- Explore alternative routes and transportation methods instead of over-relying on Hwy. 29 and US 183.
- Make the pedestrian experience more pleasant.
- Create spaces for community gathering and recreation.
- Connect essential services and amenities to neighborhoods.
- Build a variety of housing and neighborhood types.
- Offer more options for affordable housing.
