Leander-based coffee truck Instill Coffee Co. opened its first brick-and-mortar location in Cedar Park on Sept. 15.

Instill Coffee serves organic coffee with adaptogens, such as ghee, turmeric and other dietary supplements. It also offers specialty toast, including an avocado toast, a cinnamon sugar toast and a sweetened ricotta berry mint toast, among other options.

The company was founded by Michelle and Ryan Bell in 2021 as a mobile coffee truck. The truck was closed on Nov. 27, and now it will only be used for events.
