Williamson County’s Emergency Services District No. 4 celebrated the opening of a new fire station this week. Leadership from Williamson County, ESD No. 4 and Liberty Hill came out on June 12 to host the grand opening of the new station.

The details

Fire Station 3, located at 920 Umbrella Sky in the Clearwater neighborhood in northern Liberty Hill, comprises 8,700 square feet, and was designed to blend in with the residential area.

Fire Chief Anthony Lincoln says this station is only part of a larger plan to increase the number of stations in the district.

“The last station we opened was in 2019,” Lincoln said during a presentation. “Since that time we have bought four more properties for four future stations on the east side of our district.”

Lincoln said the new station will result in reduced response times that will allow ESD No. 4 to better serve the 60,000 residents in the district.
