Casagave at Larkspur
The first phase of 12-building apartment complex called Casagave at Larkspur is set to be built out by fall 2024.
Located off Larkspur Park Boulevard near the intersection of 183A Toll, the complex's first phase will consist of 254 units with one-, two- and three-bedroom options available. Units will come in a variety of floor plans, and include private patios and balconies, 9-foot ceilings and some attached garages, representatives with the complex said.
The first residential building is expected to be completed in January with a community clubhouse coming after, officials said. Other future amenities will include a resort-style pool, grilling stations, and a dog park and pet grooming area.
The complex is currently preleasing units for early 2024.
River Junction
A 15-building apartment complex located off Talon Grasp Trail west of 183A Toll, River Junction is set to be completed in October 2024.
The leasing office and community clubhouse will open in early December 2023 with the first resident move-ins expected mid-January, representatives with the complex said. The apartment community is currently preleasing units.
River Junction will have one-, two- and three-bedroom units with private balconies, energy-efficient appliances, and some attached or detached garages. The community will also include a pool with cabanas, a dog park, private coworking spaces and a fitness center.
