Designed in 2015, Starlight Village broke ground in 2016 and is expected to be built out in two years, the project’s developer, Mike Kopecky, said. The community’s condominiums come in seven varieties, and each will be uniquely designed, with some custom homes.

“I didn’t want the same house twice,” Kopecky said.
