2. HIT Center Austin
The coaches at Hit Center have worked with clients including professional athletes and people with severe disabilities. The personal training sessions and small-group workouts cater to the needs and abilities of the members. Hit Center shares space with SoccerZone Lakeline in addition to its own private spaces.

3. Inspire Fitness
All of the trainers at this personal training studio are also certified nutritionists. With a focus on both exercise and diet and nutrition, Inspire aims to create a whole-body approach to fitness. A massage therapist is also available.

4. John’s Gym
John’s Gym offers a variety of martial arts classes for adults and children, cardio and strength-training classes, and women’s self-defense classes. The gym also offers free mixed martial arts classes for veterans.

5. Pinnacle Training Center
Pinnacle Training Center offers muay thai kickboxing, boxing and functional fitness training. Self-described as a mix between a boot camp program and CrossFit, the functional fitness classes offer a variety of exercises. Youth martial arts programs are also available.

6. Twin Lakes Family YMCA
In addition to the full gym, exercise classes and child care, the Twin Lakes Family YMCA offers an indoor aquatics area as well as an outdoor pool and splash pad to provide swimming year-round. Indoor gymnasiums and outdoor sports fields also provide space for athletes. An indoor playscape for children allows for playtime in any weather.

7. Hero Way Strength and Conditioning
Located in the H-E-B Plus shopping center behind Chase Bank, this 24-hour gym offers boot camps, personal training, small-group training, occupational therapy and rehabilitation appointments, and boxing lessons.

8. Leander Parks and Recreation Department
For $5 per class, the parks and recreation department offers two types of Zumba classes, a mixed Pilates and boxing class, and a boot camp-style dance class. Classes are held at the parks and recreation office and the Leander Public Library.

9. Muladhara Yoga
Sharing a space with RedSide CrossFit, Muladhara Yoga aims to connect participants with the root of their energy. The studio offers a variety of class levels for different abilities, a class for children and a free community class on Saturdays.

10. RedSide CrossFit
A family-friendly gym, RedSide offers CrossFit classes and yoga classes for both adults and children as well as open gym hours. Showers, a lounge area and a kitchen are all available in the 8,000-square-foot space.
