The Leander ISD board of trustees approved districtwide maintenance projects for 2019—part of LISD’s Ten Year Capital Renewal Plan—at a Feb. 21 meeting. The district’s Ten Year Capital Renewal Plan includes projects for the repair or replacement of facilities and equipment. The approved projects total approximately $11.11 million and include the resurfacing of tracks at Cedar Park High School and Four Points and Henry middle schools; replacing water heaters at Cedar Park High School and Bagdad, Cypress and Reagan elementary schools; softball infield renovations at Leander High School; and more.
