How and when do I vote?
This spring, the cities of Cedar Park and Leander will each elect three city council members. Election day is May 4. However, you can vote early.
There are two early voting locations in Cedar Park and one in Leander. Early voting takes place Monday, April 22-Saturday, April 27 from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. and Monday, April 29-Tuesday, April 30 from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. in both cities, according to Williamson County’s website. There will be no Sunday voting.
On election day, there are four Leander locations and three in Cedar Park where you can cast your ballot. Voters can cast their ballot at their city’s polling locations regardless of county residence.
Prefer to vote via ballot-by-mail? The deadline to apply for a ballot-by-mail is April 23—and Williamson County must receive the application by that date.
