New businesses will open by spring 2017 at Crosscreek Market, a new development underway at the southeast corner of East Whitestone Boulevard and Toll 183A in Cedar Park.

Crews began site preparation in late March, and building construction will begin by early May, said Travis Robertson, senior vice president of brokerage with property manager The Retail Connection.

Robertson said the property includes about 37 acres. The project’s first phase will include 37,500 square feet of space in retail strips as well as two freestanding buildings, he said.

In late March crews began preparing the 37-acre Crosscreek Market site at the southeast corner of East Whitestone Boulevard and Toll 183A in Cedar Park.

“The names are the most exciting thing about [the project],” Robertson said. “We’re working with some really cool tenants.”

He said some businesses have signed leases, but their names may be announced later in April.

“There are going to be some unique restaurants that we’ll be able to announce,” he said.

Crosscreek Market will fill the last undeveloped corner at the Toll 183A and Whitestone intersection. Robertson said another company tried to develop the property in 2007, but the project reverted to bank ownership.

  1. To the powers that be……….
PLEASE try to recruit a gas station to be included in the project. One with access from the frontage road as well as 1431.
    Thank you.

  2. A 24 hour fitness would be great to compete with the 2 Gold’s Gyms in the area.
