2. Event raises funds for children of parents with ALS

Wishing Well Fun Run & Walk follows a handicap-accessible footpath around the Travisso amenity center. The event raises money for children of parents with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, also known as ALS or Lou Gehrig’s disease, to experience a fun activity like dance classes or going to an amusement park.

4. HitMaker Music School students perform in rescheduled recital

5. WORTH THE TRIP: Former professional athletes compete in annual softball game

The Reckless Kelly Celebrity Softball Jam features a softball game played by former professional athletes from Major League Baseball and the National Football League. Over 20 musicians perform a six-hour concert after the game. Proceeds support several nonprofits.
