Similarly, Austin Regional Clinic said on its website that for Feb. 15 it also canceled in-person appointments and COVID-19 testing while continuing to advise patients online and with phone conversations.
Both medical groups urged the public to keep track of the changing conditions and what services would be available Feb. 16.

As of Feb. 15, road conditions throughout Central Texas remained hazardous, according to the www.drivetexas.org website offered by the Texas Department of Transportation.
Five roadways around Austin were listed as closed as of 10:30 a.m.: US 183 from San Gabriel to RM 620, MoPac from Lady Bird Lake to Parmer Lane, US 183 south toll lanes from US 290 to Hwy. 71, Hwy. 71 east toll lanes from US 290 to Hwy. 71, and SH 45 toll lanes from from FM 1626 to MoPac.
