Several ZIP codes across the Lake Travis-Westlake area experienced higher home sales in November compared to the previous year, according to Unlock MLS data.

ZIP code 78730 in the Riverplace area experienced a 100% increase year over year for home sales in November. ZIP codes in the Spicewood and Barton Creek areas–represented by 78669 and 78735, respectively–also had double-digit increases in home sales year over year for November, with Spicewood home sales increasing 80% compared to 54% in Barton Creek.Most ZIP codes in the area also experienced homes spending more days on the market, with ZIP code 78746 in Westlake seeing a 167% increase year over year for November. The Spicewood area also saw a 50% increase in the average time homes spent on the market.The median home prices in November rose by over 77% for ZIP code 78730, going from $544,625 in 2023 to $965,000 in 2024. Additionally, the median home price for ZIP code 78733 rose by over 100% for the single home sold in the market.
