The girls wrestling nonprofit organization Sisters on the Mat opened a new regional training center in Lakeway in October. The organization pairs youth female wrestlers with high school female wrestlers to practice and encourage perseverance in the male-dominated sport. Training is hosted at 3F Wrestling in Lakeway, located at 2105 Pyramid Drive, Austin.
