Dripping Springs Chocolate Company is scheduled to open a pop-up kiosk Nov. 21 at the Hill Country Galleria at 12700 Hill Country Blvd., Bee Cave. The pop-up shop will operate Friday through Sunday until Dec. 24 and will sit between Athleta and Cafe Blue. Dripping Springs Chocolate Company is a family-owned business that specializes in bean-to-bar craft chocolate bars made with ethically sourced cocoa beans, according to a Hill Country Galleriapress release. 512-894-8002. www.dschocolateco.com
