Foliepop’s, a new french pastry and coffeehouse cafe at the Hill Country Galleria, opened its terrace for dine-in service Sept. 3. Located at 13420 Galleria Circle, Bee Cave, Foliepop's allows guests to be their own chef by choosing from a variety of 512 sweet and savory pastry combinations. The family-operated cafe led by chef Antonie Chassonnery began offering online pickup and delivery orders Aug. 2 following a delayed opening due to the coronavirus pandemic.
