Castro’s Bar & Grill, located at 900 S. RM 620, Ste. C-104, Lakeway, recently underwent a number of upgrades and renovations. The 14-year-old, family-owned restaurant located within Lakeway Commons unveiled the renovations and rebranding in January, featuring an upgraded wine and bourbon list, new draft beers and more. The restaurant, which is now nonsmoking, reopened its kitchen, serving nachos, Reuben sandwiches, salads and more and will allow kids until 9 p.m. Castro’s Bar & Grill will also host monthly comedy showcases and live music, as well as weekly pool and dart tournaments and karaoke nights. 512-263-3322. www.castrosbar.com
