Austin-based pet store Healthy Pet opened a new storefront Jan. 15 at the Hill Country Galleria located at 12600 Hill Country Blvd., Ste. R-140. Founded in 2012 by Trevor MacKellar and Chris Jabbori, Healthy Pet seeks to be more than a simple pet supply shop by acting as resource for the community, according to a press release by Giant Noise, a public relations firm representing the galleria. The store will host local adoption events and feature three self-serve dog wash stations. 512-358-6565. www.healthypetausitn.com
