Great American Cookies opened Dec. 21 at Shops at the Galleria at 12717 The Shops Parkway, Unit 100, Bee Cave. The company, which was founded in Atlanta and uses an old family recipe, offers a variety of cookie cakes, brownies, gourmet cookies and more, according to its website.
