Round Rock seafood restaurant, Salt Traders Coastal Cooking, opened a new location Oct. 2 in the Zilker neighborhood at Barton Oakes Plaza at 1101 South Mopac Expressway, Austin. The new location will feature the same menu items as the restaurant’s original location, including the shrimp and lobster roll, wood-fired salmon and selections from the raw bar. “The new Salt Traders will align with the best seafood vendors from coast to coast,” according to a press release. 737-484-0095. www.salttraderscc.com
