A development called Five with five contemporary luxury homes starting at $12.48 million is underway in Westlake.
The five residences will be built on 5.5 acres at 3605 Stoneridge Road, Austin. The entire development is expected to be completed by winter 2024 with the first property built by October, according to a press release from Unicus Developments, the property’s developer.

About the homes
While each home is designed to be unique and will differ in square footage, the properties will share a few similarities, the press release said.
Each residence will have a three- or four-car garage with car charging stations, a dog washing station, spa-like bathrooms, high ceilings, a luxurious pool and fenced private green space. Lighting was also intentionally placed throughout the homes to allow owners to showcase their art collections, according to the press release.

- Property 2: 8,420-square-foot, complete in October 2024
- Property 3: 8,225-square-foot, complete in December
- Property 4: 7,947-square-foot, complete in October
- Property 5: 8,900-square-foot, complete in winter 2024
