River Place: April’s Lake Travis-Westlake featured neighborhood


River Place spreads south of RM 2222 all the way to the Colorado River and sits just east of Steiner Ranch in Travis County’s 78730 ZIP code. The neighborhood, 15 miles northwest of downtown Austin, is both a golf and waterfront community. More than 1,100 homes make up the community, which began in the late ‘90s. River Place includes nature trails, preserves, and a private marina.  Many River Place homes for sale feature views of canyonlands and creeks.
