What happened
A total of 38 grants were awarded to 33 local organizations that provide essential services in Central Texas. The most significant portion of these investments sustains support to organizations that are creating more resilient communities and families and ensuring that more people have access to medical and behavioral care through safety net clinics across the region, according to the release.
“As a community-focused and equity-driven funder, we are guided by the belief that individuals and communities should have opportunities to achieve optimal health,” said Regan Gruber Moffitt, vice president of community investments for the St. David’s Foundation. “These grants reflect support to vital organizations who are working to address the critical needs of our community.”
