Developers of The Pearl are taking steps forward on a new townhome community in Bee Cave.

The overview

The final proposed layout for the community was approved following a vote by City Council June 10.

The Pearl Townhomes, located at 13200 & 13216 Bee Cave Parkway, will consist of 13 buildings, or attached townhomes, containing 55 total residential units.



The layout was previously put before the city’s Planning & Zoning Commission on April 1, and was amended following that meeting to include further details on the community, per the city’s request.

Some context

The project is part of the larger development known as The Pearl, put forward by developers at The Morgan Group and InTown Homes, according to previous reporting by Community Impact.

While the townhomes are developed by InTown Homes, The Morgan Group is also currently developing a 322-unit luxury apartment community.



Additionally, improvements are planned for land nearby The Pearl, including new walking trails and public benches.

What’s next?

The Pearl’s apartment community is slated to open lease agreements in mid-July, a representative of The Morgan Group said at a Bee Cave Chamber of Commerce meeting held May 21.
