Starting Aug. 20, the city of Rollingwood will begin repaving several streets as a part of the city's bond program.

What residents need to know

The following streets/areas will be repaved on Aug. 20, 21 and 23:

  • Jeffrey Cove
  • South Crest Drive
  • Timberline Ridge
  • Westgate Circle
  • A small section of Rollingwood Drive at Inwood Road
  • A small section of Almarion Drive at Hatley Drive
  • A small section of Timberline Drive near 4917 Timberline

On these days, all vehicles will need to be removed from the street, according to an announcement from the city.

Vehicles parked on the affected streets may be subject to towing at the owner's expense.

The repaving projects are part of the $5.3 million Water System Capital Improvements Plan bond packages approved by voters in 2022.

In total, the city will be installing or replacing about 11,000 linear feet of waterlines, valves and hydrants, according to city documents.
