Officials with the city of Lakeway announced trash collection services for Monday, Jan. 15 have been suspended due to icy weather conditions, according to a post on X, formerly Twitter.

City officials are monitoring the situation but will be collecting trash for Monday customers on Tuesday, Jan. 16, and services will shift forward one day for the remainder of the week, Communications Director Jarrod Wise said.
Friday’s services will be taking place on Saturday, Jan. 20, Wise said.
