"Conserving our most precious resource is imperative," WCID No. 17 General Manager Jason Homan said in a news release. “With the extreme heat as well as the ongoing drought we are currently experiencing, we are enforcing Stage 2 water restrictions and imposing fines on customers who repeatedly violate the conservation measure.”
The new restrictions mean residents can only water once a day between 7 p.m.-10 a.m. as follows:
- Monday and Thursday: Residences ending in 0-3
- Tuesday and Friday: Residences ending in 4-6, commercial properties
- Wednesday and Saturday: Residences ending in 7-9
- Sunday: None allowed
