First responders from across central Texas will come together on Oct. 26 to celebrate the 13th Annual Lake Travis Public Safety Day in Lakeway. The event will feature over 20 first responder agencies, who will bring helicopters, police cars, ambulances, fire trucks, and other specialized vehicles for the public to view. Food and drink will be offered, and live music, face painting, a raffle, and other family-friendly activities will also take place. Children and adults alike are encouraged to attend in their Halloween costumes.
