The West Lake Hills police department is hosting a family-friendly Halloween celebration at Valley View Elementary School on Oct. 27. The event will replace the city’s traditional National Night Out. Activities will include a costume contest, trunk-or-treating, and opportunities to meet local police officers. Attendees are invited to bring wrapped halloween candy or treats.
